My “WHY”

As the founder of Push, I know what it feels like to be laid off. I never want people to stay stuck in that depression and feeling of helplessness like I did. I have a duty to encourage and equip people to understand how to get in control of their career.

Mission

Established in 2007, Push’s mission is to eradicate joblessness and underemployment, by encouraging and equipping others to reach their full career potential.

Approach

It’s simple, customer service is the cornerstone, customized keynote talks, outplacement services, and career portfolios (resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn/social media branding, and much more…) are provided to accelerate your career transition, boost your income and sure up your job satisfaction.

Culture

Push Career Management believes in educating “transitioners” so they are armed with knowledge to get to their destination, faster. This is done through individual career prep consultations, workshops, talks, and coaching. Partnering with Push Career Management will shave months off of your transition (over 80% of our clients have landed in their targeted positions within 3 months of working together and over 70% of our clients are from referrals so we’d like to think we’re doing something right).
